Laser Focus

Laser focus is the key to effectiveness! To laser is to lock out all distractions, which requires intense focus through self-discipline!

Lasef is a companion principle to Mima and Lima. 
 
It takes awareness of what you are targeting to be able to laser in on it! You must also be aware of the need to do so. 
                      How to Use LASEF
  • Laser in on the task at hand.    
  • Don’t allow distractions to disrupt my focus.
  • Break each project/goal into smaller units.
  • Reward myself along the way. LIGHTEN UP!

Explore the Falcon-  Did you know? 

1. A peregrine falcon is an excellent hunter and preys on small mammals such as mice, rats, groundhogs, and other birds.


2. Peregrine falcons fly very high and, once they spot their prey, dive over 320 km/h (200 mph) to snatch it out of the air.

 

3. The falcon’s amazing accuracy can be attributed to its highly-developed eyesight, along with a superior skill of navigating.

 

4. Peregrine falcons are found in most parts of the world, except Antarctica. They live in a wide variety of habitats, but especially thrive in areas along shorelines where there are large populations of food.
